EKITI STATE CHAPTER OF APC SUSPENDS 11 PROMINENT MEMBERS

In a letter dated 23rd September 2020, the Ekiti State chapter of the All Progressive Members suspended prominent members belonging to their fold for breaching the party laid down protocols.

Below is the content of the letter

The State Executive Committee (SEC) of the Ekiti State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved the indefinite suspension of the following members from the party with immediate effect from today September 23rd, 2020 

1. Senator Babafemi Ojudu 

2. Engineer Ayo Ajibade 

3. Hon. Oyetunde Ojo 

4 Hon. Ferri Adeleye 

5 Chief Akin Akomolafe (AKOG) 

6. Akogun Bunmi ogunleye 

7. Omooba Bamigboye Adegoroye 

8 Or Wok. Oluyede 

9 Mr Olusoga Owoeye 

10 Mr Dele Afolabi 

11 Barrister Toym Oluwasola 

The suspension is based on the recommendation of the investigative / Disciplinary Committee inaugurated by the SEC to investigate the disobedience of certain party members to the National Executive Committee (NEC) of 25th  on June 2020, which directed members of the party not to institute any court action and to withdraw existing cases in court. 

The decision of the SEC has been communicated to the Caretaker/Extra-ordinary Planning Convention Committee
